		<description>I think this is a good start at clarification.

Re EMR, a talk show reported 85% of public does not want it fearing violations
and repercussions to their privacy, employment, and insurance.  They do not
understand it. Just like database on DNA and smart cards.  The fear of losing
insurance due to pre-existing condition.  They fear rejection by a company to
hire them.  

I&#039;ll write more after debate tonight.</description>
